I believe the key to solving our biggest problems is to let people do what they do best and leverage technology to fill in the gaps.

I currently lead a few product teams at Current. Prior to that, I spent time at Uber scaling CX operations and building CX products (2014-2019), then at Stella Connect / Medallia (2019-2021) building products for front-line call center team members.

Outside of work, I advise a few early stage start-ups, tinker, and do work for BUILD NYC's Associate Board.

My wife, daughter, and I live in Brooklyn.
